The presented company was entered in the Business Registry on 9th November 1992 and its trading activities were initiated on 1st July 1993 when state business organization KOMAS was privatized.
State business organization KOMAS was established on 1st January 1991. On that day the former plant of Branecke Ironworks in Hradec nad Moravici became an independent company.
