Our technicians carry out quality control on a professional CNC 3D measuring machine Wenzel LH 108, as well as on an optical measuring device Keyence IM-7500, which are particularly distinguished by their high measuring accuracy.
Measurements on the Wenzel LH 108 are performed by reading the position of the scanning touch in space with reference to the position of the calibration sphere, which is recorded in a spatial map.
The 3D measurement can be used for measuring dimensions of engineering parts (length dimensions, diameters, pitches, angles, shape, and position deviations), for measuring general shape surfaces according to a CAD model, for digitizing shapes and curves, for calculating dimensional statistics, for adjusting and calibrating inspection jigs
